Deal: Sony Xperia ZL available for ₹31,142
If you look at Sony’s two handsets the Xperia Z and Xperia ZL, there is not a lot that separates them. Both of them are simply gorgeous phones and unveiled during Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2013. Both the phones garnered a lot of attention and did manage to turn quite a few heads.
Going by Sony’s claims the Xperia ZL is touted as world’s sharpest 5-inch smartphone display and that is one arguable point considering that both the devices have similar resolution but, a smartphone with a smaller diagonal will have higher pixel density and hence increased perceived sharpness.
EBay seller gadget2buy4m is selling the Sony Xperia ZL smartphone for ₹31,142 – an attractive price for what it offers. There is something that we are disappointed with one bit about Xperia ZL though. Sony went ahead with the quad-core Qualcomm APQ8064 processor clocked at 1.5GHz. Sony could have gone ahead with a better and powerful processor, although this particular choice leaves Sony with an upgrade option in near future – Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 800 being the likely candidate.
The smartphone packs 2GB of RAM, 16GB onboard storage, a 5-inch full HD scratch-resistant TFT Retina Display and Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2 technology with new real-time contrast optimization thanks to an OptiContrast panel.
A 13-megapixel rear camera with an Exmor RS sensor, NFC, an Adreno 320 GPU, Bluetooth 4.0, a 2,370mAh battery and Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean are some of the other features of Xperia ZL.
